With more than two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Lipscomb-Warren has dedicated her career to supporting student success, leadership development, and organizational excellence. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to educational access and equity, particularly within historically underrepresented communities.
Leadership Through Education
A proud graduate of Fayetteville State University and Morgan State University, Dr. Lipscomb-Warren credits her HBCU experience with shaping her leadership philosophy and lifelong dedication to mentorship, advocacy, and service. She has held both faculty and senior administrative roles while leading initiatives focused on student transition, retention, and leadership development.
Empowering Institutions & Communities
As Chief Education Officer of ILW Consulting, Dr. Lipscomb-Warren partners with colleges, universities, nonprofits, and government organizations to provide executive coaching, leadership development, and professional training. Her work focuses on cultivating inclusive leadership, strengthening teams, and guiding organizations through growth and change with clarity and purpose. In addition to her work in education, Dr. Lipscomb-Warren serves as Chief Operating Officer of The Warren Foundation, supporting initiatives focused on maternal health, autism awareness, and military veteran families. She also provides coaching and support for women and families navigating infertility, pregnancy after loss, and motherhood.
